1. General Provisions

This website is operated by LAKEFOX CAPITAL LIMITED. By accessing or using this website and trading through the LAKEFOX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account Opening

You must be of legal age and provide true, complete identity and contact information as required for account opening. We may review applications in accordance with compliance and risk management requirements and reserve the right to decline any application. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or lent.

3. Trading and Execution

All trades are offered as contracts for difference (CFDs), and orders are processed in accordance with our execution policy. We use straight through processing (STP) execution; however, orders may be rejected, delayed or adjusted in the event of system failure, extreme market conditions or insufficient liquidity, in order to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

4. Margin and Leverage

Margin and leverage rules vary by product, account type and market conditions. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient margin levels. If margin becomes insufficient, we may close out part or all of your positions in accordance with our rules.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit methods, processing times and fees are as shown on the funding page. Withdrawal requests are processed through the corresponding channels after review, and you are responsible for any fees that banks or payment channels may charge.

6. Fees

In addition to spreads and any stated commissions, fees such as swaps and deposit/withdrawal channel charges may apply. Details are shown in the trading platform and platform announcements.

7. Risk Disclosure

CFDs and margin trading carry a high level of risk and may lead to the loss of all of your initial capital. They are not suitable for all investors. High leverage may work against you. Please fully assess your own risk tolerance and seek independent financial advice where necessary.

The trademarks, logos, text, graphics and software of this website and platform are protected by law and may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
